  • I designed the integration architecture modernization strategy based on IBM Integration Bus with more than 600 operations concerning more than 4000 Message Flows towards the Cloud Pak for Integration platform on the OpenShift platform in a hybrid scheme - OnPrem and IBM cloud for the demo environment and OnPrem and MS Azure for the development environment

 

  • I implemented a technical strategy to  migrate one of the bank's most complex transactions to a TEST environment, exceeding each of the client's requirements in terms of development, service availability, performance and scalability based on demand.

 

  • I implemented their DEVOPS strategy in order to considerably reduce the TTM, avoiding issues and problems that arose during their different deployment phases.

  • I designed the Hyper-personalization architecture that would allow the bank to better segment its customers based on the different stages of life, for this a solution based on Cloud Pak for Data on OpenShift was proposed in a hybrid scheme, it is In other words, the data persisted in the bank's current systems and all the Artificial Intelligence based on the different Watson components (Discovery, Natural Language, Knowledge Studio, STT, TTS, etc.) performed on OpenShift in a cloud environment, and could be implemented in any of the 4 required by the Bank (AWS, IBM, Google or Azure)

 

  • The proof of concept was carried out that allowed the client to validate each of the functionalities offered during the design of the architecture.

 

  • I defined the Knowledge Management Systems to use Machine Learning Tools on the cloud

 

  • I lead a workshop to define the ITSM Solution (based on Incident Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management).

 

  • I developed the strategy and architecture for the implementation of the virtual Assistant -Avatar of Banorte - Maya - (Watson Assistant on IBM Cloud) using the Watson solution, which through Natural language could meet customer requests, this strategy consisted of two Proof of Concept that was showed in public events of Banorte, such as:
  1. The presentation of Banorte as sponsor of the Mexican national team in Palacio de los deportes where each of the participants could ask questions related to soccer to the avatar in real time and it responded in a dynamic way
  2. The F1 Mexican Grand Prix with the same dynamics
  • Implementation of the solution in 2 bank branches to reduce the waiting time in lines by customers for questions related to bank products and services

 

  • I designed the architecture to improve the performance of your current Filenet-based document management platform, for which the following activities were proposed:
  1. Migrate instances from the current version of filenet to the version supported by containers
  2. Once the application was containerized, the lift and shift strategy was defined to move all loads to a SAAS environment where IBM would be responsible for managing the solution.
  • I developed the architecture for the migration of the Business Automation Workflows platform to a containerized scheme through WfPs (Workflow Process Services) on the openshift platform

 

  • I designed the pipeline required for the optimization of the CICD process for this type of applications, considerably reducing the TTM.

 

  • I implemented the PoC to verify each of the above points in an openshift cluster installed onPrem



Telcel
 

  • I participated in the architecture team that defined the enterprise architecture for new developments based on cloud native applications and focused on business, aligned with the TMForum (eTOM) framework.

 

  • I Implemented a workshop with the Telcel Architecture team to discover use cases that certify the validity of the proposed architecture

 

  • I developed the integration architecture that would allow the migration of their workloads from IBM Integration Bus to a containerized scheme in CP4I over openshift

 

  • I developed a workshop with the Telcel Architecture team that would allow validating all the desired use cases to verify the expected improvements in performance and availability.

  • I implemented training workshops with the members of Client Engineering in Latin America to strengthen the area in the following technologies
